The Polar Bears of Churchill with Ewan McGregor

NATURE guest host Ewan McGregor visits Canada's remote Hudson Bay outpost of Churchill to investigate the annual invasion of hungry polar bears, hunting seals on the ice. McGregor watches town and wildlife authorities cope with both furry marauders and throngs of tourists. Viewers get a close-up look at polar bears wandering into town to be sedated, carted off to polar bear "jail," and returned by helicopter onto the frozen bay.
