Casualty: Adam regains finds himself tied in a farmhouse which is filled up with gas. Adam finds himself happy to die along with Vince who has taken him hostage but neither of them are aware of Billy still being in the house and Adam soon decides to save them. Playing football, vital hospital equipment has been broken and Kieron confesses to breaking it which results in his departure. Having had enough of Holby, Alice decides to leave and Adam discovers this, rushes to see her off, only to find the return of a familiar face.
