Last of the Summer Wine: Alvin and Truly ask the local librarian for information about a traditional race. The contenders must dress as crows and complete a course, in which they have to walk in a complete straight line. A particularly high hedge nearly defeats Howard and Alvin, but they find the means of flying over it. This moment is also seen by a passing drunk.
