Josie Gibson heads to Hong Kong, travelling first class on Cathay Pacific. She stays at the Rosewood Hotel - recently voted the third best hotel in the world - and has her own personal butler who runs her a bath and ensures her clothes are unpacked, pressed and hung up in her extensive wardrobe. She heads out on a luxury yacht travelling around Hong Kong's many islands and sees the city at night as she eats dim sum on a traditional evening boat ride on the Aqua Luna.
